We are your premier Senior Apartment Complex in WaKeeney, Kansas. Our complex is a realitively new facility designed to provide relaxed and comfortable living for seniors in western Kansas. End the hastle of home maintenance and repair; just sit back and enjoy your golden years!

WaKeeney Senior Apartments has one and two bedroom apartments available with outside access in every unit with twenty-four (24) total apartments.  Each unit has individual storage units.  To meet your needs, attached garages are available as an add-on.   Contact our office for current availability; there are twelve (12) garages.  

WaKeeney Senior Apartments is a smoke-free facility. In addition to the twenty-four (24) apartments and twelve (12) garages, our facility offers a full kitchen, a beauty salon with a local beautician weekly (and by appointment for special occassions), a community room with seating for 70, a large screen TV, and WIFI.  In addition to the large community room, there are two community lounges, which are conveniently located near the entrances.  We also have a storm shelter for tenants during severe weather.
