About the WaKeeney Senior Apartments

The WaKeeney Senior Apartments are designed for Seniors. This means one of the residents of each apartment must be at least 50 years old. This makes for a quiet atmosphere with no children living in the complex.

Small house pets are allowed to live in the apartments but do require a small one-time, non-refundable deposit. This policy allows for companionship to our residents without disturbing other residents.

All residents may book the community room for family gatherings or just meet with other residents to play cards, watch the big game, or other social activities. Along with community room, there are also two community lounge areas to maximize your options.

Every Thursday at 10:00 am, residents get together for coffee in the community.  In addition to encouraging socialization, the manager is able to pass along information about upcoming events.  

For holidays and special occasions, join us for a pot-luck lunch. We hope to see you there!
